To most people, the sky is the limit. To aviators, the sky is home.

Back in February 2008 I got to fly in this F-104 Starfighter from Kirkland AFB in Albuquerque to Phoenix.   Once in a lifetime experience.  Need I say more.

On July 11, 2008 I flew this Fouga Magister CM-170, owned now by Genesee Warbirds Museum, from Texas to its new home here in Batavia, N.Y. (KGVQ).  She flies nice and the trip was great fun with my buddy Carl V.

Brian C. was kind enough to let me use his Areo Vodochody L-29 to train and take my check ride for it.  This is a picture is of me on my check ride over Lake Ontario with Rick Milson.  This picture was taken from shore by friend and lake person Dan S. as I went by.

Carl and I had a great time flying this OV-1 Mohawk to Texas last December 2007.  This picture was taken at Burnett in Tx. home to the Highland Lakes Squadron of the CAF.

Here we are with Doc's L-29 that we won the Silver Jet Race with. This picture was taken shortly after our victory.  You can still see all the silver tape on the airplane we used to seal all the gaps to make it go faster.  Many other mods were done of course, but they are trade secrets.
